SHIPPING

We ship products USPS ground typically within 1-2 business days.  If you require priority mail or priority mail express, please contact us MON-FRI (419) 452-6175 to place orders.

SECURITY

We use Shopify and PayPal for our customers and our security.  Credit card data is encrypted and secure.  We are using 256-bit SSL certificates and level 1 PCI compliant checkout process.

 

RETURNS

We have a 30 day from the date you place the order to return a product.  The product must be unused and have all supplied accessories and packaging.  We don't cover the cost of shipping the product back.  Once we receive the product and confirm the product unused and able to be resold we will then process the refund.
